Redhawks Conclude Season Saturday
Southeast Missouri (14-16, 8-9) closes out its 2017-18 season when it plays host to UT Martin (9-21, 4-13) Saturday. Tip-off is set for 4:15 p.m., CT, at the Show Me Center.

Senior Day
Seniors Daniel Simmons and Milos Vranes will suit up for their final game at Southeast Saturday. Both Simmons and Vranes played two seasons with the Redhawks. Simmons is the team's third-leading scorer with 12.3 points per game this season.
Series History
The Redhawks hold a 42-26 advantage in their all-time series against UT Martin. Southeast has won nine of the previous 13 matchups between these teams. The Redhawks split the season series with the Skyhawks a year ago. Southeast goes for the sweep of the Skyhawks after coming back to win 81-77 in overtime on Feb. 10 in Martin.
Season Sweep
Southeast goes after its fourth sweep of an Ohio Valley Conference opponent this season when it hosts UT Martin Saturday. The Redhawks beat SIU Edwardsville, 79-75, on Feb. 17. The Redhawks also swept Morehead State by scores of 78-75 (Cape Girardeau) and 78-62 (Morehead), and Eastern Illinois by scores of 86-74 (Charleston) and 80-73 (Cape Girardeau) this year. Southeast has a total of five season sweeps of league opponents under head coach Rick Ray.
Mahoney 20th on Scoring List
Denzel Mahoney scored 26 points in his last start at Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 22) and moved to 20th all-time among Southeast's all-time scoring leaders. Mahoney, only a sophomore, has 1,080 points in his career and surpassed Joe Cagle (1,055 points, 1973-77) for that spot.
Dalton Clears 200 Assists
Point guard Jonathan Dalton dished out four assists at Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 22) and went over 200 in his career. Dalton ranks third in the Ohio Valley Conference with 160 assists this season and currently has 201 in his career. He averages 5.3 per game. Dalton has reached 10 assists in a game twice this year.
Single-Season 3-Point Record Again
The Redhawks drained a season-high 16 three-pointers at Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 22) breaking the school's single-season record for the second year in a row. Southeast initially broke the record with 263Â threes in 2016-17. This year, the Redhawks have buried 277.
Gable Returns
Freshman forward Isaiah Gable returned at Eastern Kentucky Thursday. Gable played four minutes against the Colonels. It was his first action since Dec. 31. Gable missed 14 games, including 12 with a foot fracture.
Last Time Out
Southeast had a 15-point lead in the first half, but wound up falling to Eastern Kentucky, 91-88, Thursday at McBrayer Arena. The loss snapped the Redhawks four-game winning streak. Denzel Mahoney led Southeast with 26 points, while Ledarrius Brewer followed with 16, Ray Kowalski pitched in 14 and Daniel Simmons added 12. Southeast scored over 80 points in both of its losses to the Colonels this season.
