A Look at What's Ahead
SEMO will return home Feb. 18 to host UT Martin, beginning the final three games of the regular season. Tipoff against the Skyhawks has been moved up to a 1:30 p.m. start time, following the men's 11 a.m. game. The final road game will be at Murray State on Feb. 22 followed by the regular season finale at home against Austin Peay on Feb. 25.

Series History
The all-time series between Southeast Missouri and Eastern Illinois is all square at 21 wins each following a Panther win at the Show Me Center on Jan. 21. On the road, Southeast is 8-11 against EIU. Southeast will look to snap an eight-game losing streak to the Panthers inside Lantz Arena. The last road victory for the Redhawks came Jan. 5, 2008, 55-51. SEMO has struggled the last few years winning just three of the last 16 meetings. The Redhawks fell on the road by five points last year but rebounded for a 30-point victory at home two weeks later.

Scouting the Panthers
Eastern Illinois fell at Tennessee State before defeating Tennessee Tech at home last week. Junior Grace Lennox was the only Panther to score in double figures in both games last week as she averaged 15.0 points. She opened the week with 17 points and seven rebounds versus TSU. Lennox followed that up with 13 points in the win over TTU. She has now scored at least 10 points in 12 straight games and is averaging 19.2 points in conference play. Freshman Allison Van Dyke recorded nine points, eight rebounds, five assists and four steals last week. EIU most recently dropped a two-point road game at UT Martin on Wednesday. The Skyhawks sunk a last-second shot to earn the victory over the Panthers, 74-72. Lennox recorded her first career double-double with 25 points and 10 rebounds in the contest. The Panthers were leading 58-50 to open the fourth quarter but UTM used an 8-0 run to slice the lead and eventually take the Panthers down by two on a last-second shot.

In the last Meeting
Southeast dropped a 71-62 decision to Eastern Illinois Saturday, Jan. 21 at the Show Me Center. Bri Mitchell recorded her 1,000th career point in the game. Lakyn Gulley posted 16 points against EIU. Gulley drained four 3-pointers and grabbed four rebounds in the contest. On the boards, Southeast was led by a career-best seven-rebound performance from sophomore Dolapo Balogun. She finished the contest with six points. Southeast scored 36 total points in the paint Saturday, the second-most by the team in conference play this season.

A Look Back
The Redhawks posted four players in double-figure points Wednesday en route to a 78-74 victory over SIUE. It was the first victory by the Redhawks over the Cougars since Feb. 13, 2014 (in Edwardsville), snapping a six-game losing streak to SIUE. Southeast dropped a heartbreaker on the road earlier in the season on a buzzer 3-pointer. Bri Mitchell once again led the Redhawks with 18 points, 12 of which came in the second half of the contest. Mitchell dished out four assists and hit six of seven free-throws. Mitchell's double-digit streak stays alive at a season-long six games. Mandy Madden and Kaley Leyhue each put up 14 points on Wednesday, each falling one point short of tying career highs in the category. Madden narrowly missed a double-double, finishing with nine rebounds, but blocked a season-high four shots. Her seven made field goals were a season high. All 14 of Leyhue's points came in the first half thanks in part to hitting a career-high four 3-pointers. Deja Jones was the fourth Redhawk to reach double-figure points, finishing with 15 points. Her 15-point performance comes on the heels of a 20-point game on Saturday. It's the first time this season Jones has recorded back-to-back double-digit point games. As a team, Southeast shot its best game (45.8%) since the UT Martin game on Jan. 14. Southeast went to the line a season-high 27 times and hit 19 of those free-throws, also a season best. On the glass, the Redhawks were outrebounded 42-34 while also giving up 22 offensive rebounds to the Cougars, resulting in 24 second-chance points.

Assists Superstar
Sophomore point guard Adrianna Murphy is 19th in the nation with 146 assists this season. Her 5.8 assists per game ranks 22nd. Murphy has had three double-digit assist performances this season including a career-high 14. For the second year in a row, Murphy has cracked the single-season top 10 with 146; topping her rookie season total of 144. She has also worked her way on to the career assists list, being tied for 10th all-time with 290.

Logging Miles, and Wins
With last Wednesday's road victory over Jacksonville State, the Redhawks recorded their third conference road win of the season. The last time Southeast had three wins in league play away from the Show Me Center was 2008-09 when SEMO went 4-5 on the road.
