Biography

2016-17: Played in 26 regular-season games while making nine starts… Averaged 8.1 points per game while pulling in six board a game… Had six double-digit point games including two 20-point games… Had seven games of eight or more rebounds… Recorded a new career high in the game against Hannibal-LaGrange (11/14) with 24 points on nine field goals… Picked up first double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds at Southern Illinois (12/9)… Picked up second 20-point game against Morehead State (2/4)… Narrowly missed a double-double against the Eagles, finishing with nine rebounds… Recorded double-digit points in four of the final six games including back-to-back 15-point performances against SIUE (2/8) and Eastern Illinois (2/11).


2015-16 (Game-by-Game): Made 13 starts and played in all 30 matches as a sophomore... Set a single-season record with a 67.2% field goal percentage (88-of-131)... Averaged 7.7 points per game... Pulled down a team-best 194 total rebounds, averaging 6.5 per game... Had nine double-digit point games and a team-best seven double-digit rebound games... Had four double-doubles... In her first career start at Saint Louis (11/14/15), Jones earned career-highs in points (7) and rebounds (11)... She led the Redhawks with 11 rebounds in the game and was her first career double-digit rebound game... Followed up her career day with 10 rebounds against Harris-Stowe (11/18)... Picked up her first career double-digit point game at Western Illinois (11/24) when she drained 13 points... Earned her first career double-double at Lipscomb (12/8) with a career-high 19 points and 10 rebounds... Picked up her second straight double-double vs. Central Arkansas with 13 points and a career-high 12 rebounds... Earned the Redhawks’ first double-double of OVC play at UT Martin (2/10) with 13 points and 10 rebounds... Shot a perfect 6-for-6 from the field in the game at UT Martin... Recorded first 20-point game in the regular-season finale at Austin Peay (2/27) with 20 points, a career-high... Recorded 11 points in 17 minutes with six rebounds, going 5-of-6 from the free-throw line against SIUE in the First Round of the OVC Tournament (3/3). 

2014-15 (Game-by-Game): Saw reserve action in 10 games... Averaged 1.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 5.1 minutes per game... Shot 55.6 percent (5-of-9) from the floor... Season-high six points and 16 minutes played in NCAA debut vs. Alabama A&M (11/14)... Season-best eight rebounds in just 10 minutes of action vs. Saint Louis (11/21)... Missed 13 games with a foot injury suffered vs. Idaho (12/14) in the Glass City Classic at Toledo.

Prep: Played her senior season for national powerhouse Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro, Tennessee… Team finished 25-7 and was ranked as high as No. 8 in the nation by USA Today… Riverdale defeated Missouri Class 5 state champion Rock Bridge High School… Coached by Cory Barrett… Leading scorer in Tennessee as a junior with an average of 22.1 points per game at Friendship Christian School in Lebanon, Tennessee… Scored over 1,000 points during junior season… Added eight rebounds per game… Averaged 13.5 points and six rebounds as a sophomore… Two-time District MVP, All-District Team and first-team All-Tournament selection… Competed for the Memphis Elite and Lazy Zoom AAU teams… Coached by Ross Jordan and Penny Collins...
