Men's Basketball Announces 2025-26 Non-Conference Slate

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Southeast Missouri filled the remainder of its 2025-26 schedule with an 11-game non-conference slate Friday.

SEMO plays its first two games of the season on the road against in-state schools.

The Redhawks tip-off the year two hours north on Interstate 55 at Saint Louis (Nov. 3). SEMO and SLU face each other for the seventh time. The teams last met at Chaifetz Arena seven years ago on Nov. 6, 2018.

Four days later, SEMO travels to Southeastern Conference member Missouri (Nov. 7). The Redhawks make their second trip to Columbia with Brad Korn as their head coach. SEMO previously faced the Tigers there on Dec. 4, 2022.

Missouri, which has former SEMO Head Coach Dickey Nutt on staff as an assistant coach, went 22-12 overall and made the NCAA Tournament last season.

The Redhawks head to Big Ten Conference member Iowa (Nov. 18) and make a return trip to Chattanooga (Dec. 6) on the back end of a home-and-home series. SEMO also heads west to play Cal Poly (Nov. 25) and Northern Arizona (Nov. 26) during a pre-Thanksgiving tournament in Flagstaff, Arizona.

SEMO's home non-conference foes include Webster University (Nov. 12), St. Thomas (Minn.) (Nov. 15), Lipscomb (Nov. 29), St. Mary of the Woods (Dec. 2) and Saint Xavier (Dec. 14).
