Series History
Southeast Missouri holds a 51-38 lead in its all-time series with UT Martin. UTM, however, has won seven of the last eight meetings between the teams. The Skyhawks won the first game of the home and-home set this season with an 84-58 victory on Feb. 25 in Martin.
Senior Day
Three players will be recognized during the Redhawks Senior Day festivities Saturday. Aquan Smart, Josh Earley and Dylan Branson will be honored prior to tip-off. All three will graduate this year.
Redhawks Fall to Little Rock
Southeast Missouri dropped an 83-61 decision to Little Rock (Feb. 22), currently the hottest team in the Ohio Valley Conference. LR shot 54 percent from the field en route to its sixth-straight victory.
Three Double-Digit Games in a Row
Marqueas Bell scored double figures for the third-straight game when he dropped in 10 against Little Rock Thursday. Bell made 6-of-9 free throws and played 27 minutes during his second career start.
Martin Surpasses 100 Assists
Rob Martin went over 100 assists this season against Little Rock (Feb. 22). Martin ranks fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference with 101 assists. He dished out a season-best nine assists at SIU Edwardsville (Feb. 17).
OVC Tournament Picture
Southeast Missouri needs to win out and get some help for its best chance of making this year's Ohio Valley Conference Tournament. Morehead State, UT Martin, Little Rock, Western Illinois, SIU Edwardsville and Tennessee State locked up their spots Thursday. Eastern Illinois is in with a win over Tennessee Tech Saturday.

UT Martin is the second-hottest team in the Ohio Valley Conference as the 2023-24 regular-season winds down. UTM has won four in a row and eight of its last nine. The Skyhawks lead the OVC in scoring with 81.8 points per game. UTM has two of the league's top three scorers in Jordan Sears (20.5 ppg) and Jacob Crews (18.6 ppg). Crews was named this week's OVC Player of the Week.
