Redhawks Participate in Cream City Classic
Southeast Missouri (4-1) will play three games in three days at the Milwaukee Cream City Classic this weekend. SEMO opens the four-team event vs. Boston (4-1) Saturday. Tip-off is set for 1 p.m., CT at the Klotsche Center.

Series History
Southeast Missouri faces Patriot League member Boston University and Big Sky affiliate UC Davis for the first time in 2022-23. Meanwhile, SEMO is 5-1 all-time vs. host Milwaukee which is out of the Horizon League.
Post Thanksgiving Tournament
The Redhawks will face Boston at 1 p.m., CT on Nov. 26, UC Davis at Noon, CT on Nov. 27 and host Milwaukee at 7 p.m., CT on Nov. 28 during their trip to the Cream City Classic this weekend. Southeast Missouri is 2-2 in tournament play under Head Coach Brad Korn.
Strong 2022-23 Start
The Redhawks won four of their first five games to start the 2022-23 season. Southeast Missouri began the year at 3-0 before falling to its only loss at Bradley (Nov. 19). SEMO's 3-0 start marked its best since 1999-2000 (5-0).
Earley and Smart Miss First GameÂ
Forward Josh Earley and guard Aquan Smart each missed their first game of the season vs. William Woods (Nov. 22). Earley is out with a leg injury, while Smart did not play due to the flu. It is undetermined at this time if they will be available this weekend.
Redhawks Blow Out William WoodsÂ
Southeast Missouri improved to 2-0 at home with its 87-49 blowout win over William Woods (Nov. 22). SEMO's 38-point win gave Brad Korn his largest victory over any opponent since he became the Redhawks head coach. SEMO also beat Lyon College (Nov. 12), 83-47, by more than 30 points this year.
Welcome Back to Wisconsin
Guard Adam Larson returns to his home state for the first time since he began his career at Southeast Missouri. A native of Fennimore, Wisconsin, Larson recently scored a career-high 12 points in his first career start vs. William Woods (Nov. 22). He redshirted as a true freshman in 2021-22. Larson's hometown is located two hours and 24 minutes away from Milwaukee.

The Redhawks wrap up their first month of the season at the Milwaukee Cream City Classic. Southeast Missouri is on the road for four-straight games. After this weekend, the Redhawks head to SEC member and in-state foe Missouri on Dec. 4.

Phillip Russell matched a career-high eight assists vs. William Woods (Nov. 22). Russell has a total of 119 assists in his career and leads the Ohio Valley Conference with 4.8 per game this season. He had 15 assists over his last two starts alone.

For the second time this season, Southeast Missouri scored over 80 points in a game when it beat William Woods (Nov. 22), 87-49. SEMO is averaging 72.2 points
per game through five contests in 2022-23.
Mitchell Rises
Josh Mitchell came off the bench to get the first double-double of his career when he scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds vs. William Woods (Nov. 22). Mitchell led Southeast Missouri in scoring for the first time this season
and posted four dunks to go along with his nice performance.
