Redhwawks Gaining Momentum
Southeast Missouri has won three of its last five games, all by no more than four points. The Redhawks posted back-to-back wins for the first time this year when they beat UT Martin (74-72, Feb. 13) and SIU Edwardsville (75-71, Feb. 15) at home last week.
Ray Back with Team
After not coaching for two games due to the flu, head coach Rick Ray made it back to work Tuesday. Keith Pickens was the acting head coach for the UT Martin (Feb. 13) and SIU Edwardsville (Feb. 15) games in Ray's absence.
February Update
The Redhawks are currently 3-3 in February. Southeast Missouri has three games left this regular-season, including two on the road at Tennessee Tech (Feb. 22) and UT Martin (Feb. 29), and one at home vs. Eastern Illinois (Feb. 27).
Final Minute Heroics
Southeast Missouri won each of its last two games in the final minute of play. SEMO overcame a six-point deficit in the last 46 seconds to beat UT Martin, 74-72, on Feb. 13. Two days later, the Redhawks took a 71-69 lead on a layup by Quatarrius Wilson with 48 seconds left and then scored four of the game's last six points to beat SIU Edwardsville, 75-71, on Feb. 15.
Looking for First Road Win

Last Time Out
Southeast Missouri dropped a 65-58 decision at Jacksonville State Thursday. The loss ended SEMO's two-game winning streak. The Redhawks were within three (57-54) with 4:05 left to play, but De'Torrion Ware scored five of the Gamecocks final seven points to lead JSU to victory.
All Twenty-Eight
Forward Sage Tolbert is the only player who has started all 28 games for Southeast Missouri this year. Tolbert logged 36-consecutive starts dating back to last season.
