Series History
The Redhawks and Tennessee Tech meet for the 48th time Tuesday. TTU holds a 32-15 lead in the all-time series between these teams. Southeast won three of the last four matchups in the series. The Golden Eagles beat the Redhawks, 91-55, in Cookeville a year ago.

Another East Division Foe
Tennessee Tech marks the fourth-straight Ohio Valley Conference East Division opponent Southeast faces this season. The Redhawks are currently 1-2 in such games. TTU (3-0) comes to Cape Girardeau as one of two remaining unbeaten teams in league play. The Golden Eagles lost five in a row before opening OVC play with three-straight victories. TTU recently beat Austin Peay (76-67, Jan. 5) and Murray State (71-67, Jan. 7) at home. The Golden Eagles are 2-7 on the road this year.

Home Winning Streak
Southeast enters Tuesday's contest with a two-game winning streak at the Show Me Center. The Redhawks closed out December with an 89-75 win over Henderson State (Dec. 29) and an 81-48 Ohio Valley Conference opening victory over Eastern Kentucky (Dec. 31). Southeast is 5-2 at the Show Me Center this season and is one of 10 OVC teams with a winning record at home.

High Scoring
The Redhawks scored over 80 points in five of their seven home games this year. Southeast is averaging 80.4 points per contest at the Show Me Center with a season-high 89 coming against Henderson State (Dec. 29).

Strong Effort
Southeast put in a strong effort in its recent 87-75 road loss to Belmont (Jan. 7). The game featured 12 ties and nine lead changes before the Bruins used one last 14-2 run and never turned back. Southeast forced 10 turnovers and scored 12 points off eight of those miscues in the opening 12:09 of the contest. Belmont then heated up to shoot 65.4 percent (17-of-26) and buried seven 3-pointers in the second half. The Redhawks and Bruins were tied, 36-36, at halftime.

Cleveland Leads
Antonius Cleveland led Southeast in scoring twice last week. Cleveland scored 15 points and had six rebounds at Tennessee State (Jan. 5). Two days later, he dropped in 24 points, including 16 in the first half at Belmont. Cleveland shot 56 percent (14-of-25) from the field and averaged 19.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and three steals in those two starts. He recorded his team-high seventh 20-point game of the season and 16th of his career. Cleveland finished as the Redhawks top scorer in 12 games this year.

Vranes is Back
After missing his first game of the season with a hamstring injury at Tennessee State (Jan. 5), forward Milos Vranes returned to score seven points and pull down three rebounds in 17 minutes off the bench at Belmont (Jan. 7). Down, 15-14, the Redhawks went on an 11-0 run to take a double-digit lead. Vranes gave Southeast a big lift during that stretch, scoring four points, getting two big offensive rebounds and dishing out an assist to William Tchiengang, who capped the run on a layup with 7:27 left in the first half.

Mahoney Recovers
Freshman Denzel Mahoney went scoreless in the first half at Belmont (Jan. 7), but regrouped to score 11 points and drain three 3-pointers in the game's final 20 minutes.  Mahoney knocked down two of his threes in a span of 1:24 and gave Southeast a 58-56 edge with 11:14 remaining.

28 and Counting
Guard Antonius Cleveland scored double figures in 28-straight games and 35 of his last 36 starts. Cleveland leads the Redhawks with 72 double-digit scoring games and eight double-doubles in his career. He began the 2016-17 campaign with 10 points and scored the Redhawks first eight points of the season at Illinois (Nov. 11). It is the longest double-digit scoring streak of his career.

First in the OVC
Southeast leads the Ohio Valley Conference in total steals (145) and fewest turnovers (11.9 per game). The Redhawks have forced a league-best 288 turnovers (16 per game) through 18 contests.
