Series History
Southeast hooks up with Missouri Valley Conference member Bradley for the ninth time Friday. BU currently owns a 6-2 advantage in the overall series. The Redhawks have never beaten the Braves in Peoria, Illinois going 0-7 in those contests. BU has won four-straight in its series against Southeast.

Last Time Against the Braves
Taylor Brown converted a 3-point play with 4.1 seconds left to give Bradley a 66-65 win over Southeast the last time these teams met on Nov. 16, 2011. Brown, who scored seven of his 10 points in the final four minutes of the game, dribbled to his right and banked in a shot over Southeast's Michael Porter. Brown drew a foul on the play, went to the free throw line and knocked down the winning shot. The Redhawks had one last chance, but Marcus Brister's jumper bounced off the back of the rim.

Against the Missouri Valley
Bradley is one of two Missouri Valley Conference opponents on the Redhawks schedule this season. Southeast also plays Missouri State twice (Dec. 7, Dec. 17). The Redhawks are 107-187 all-time against the MVC. That record includes a 45-70 mark against SIU, 0-1 record vs. Drake, 4-9 record vs. Evansville, 2-8 mark vs. Bradley, 1-7 record vs. Illinois State, 0-2 record vs. Indiana State and a 55-90 mark vs. Missouri State.

Winning Streak
Southeast is on a winning streak for the third time with Rick Ray as its head coach. The Redhawks are coming off back-to-back wins vs. Hannibal-LaGrange (86-54 on Nov. 13) and at Western Illinois (74-71 on Nov. 16). Southeast averaged 80 points a game in its last two contests. It is the Redhawks second two-game winning streak in non-conference play under Ray. One more win will match Southeast's longest winning streak (3 games) which was in Ohio Valley Conference play (Jan. 19-28) a year ago.

Redhawks Come From Behind to Beat Western Illinois
The Redhawks overcame a 12-point deficit to eke out a 74-71 road win at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). Southeast trailed, 53-41, with 12:51 remaining before outscoring WIU by 15 points (33-18) the rest of the way. The Redhawks beat the Leathernecks in Macomb for the first time since 1972. Freshman Denzel Mahoney knocked down two free throws to give the Redhawks a 64-63 edge with 3:31 left in the game, their first lead since around that same time (3:42) in the first half. Shortly after Jabari Sandifer's 3-pointer put WIU ahead, 67-64, Milos Vranes answered with a three of his own to bring the game to its seventh tie. Mahoney again gave SEMO the lead (69-67) with two more free throws at the 1:54 mark. Antonius Cleveland then made it a two-possession game when he added a pair of free throws. Things would get interesting in the final minute as Dalan Ancrum narrowed the gap to 73-71 with 38 seconds on the clock. WIU later rebounded the ball off a missed jumper by Jamaal Calvin with six seconds. Following three-straight timeouts, Ancrum's fall away 16-footer was no good and Mahoney grabbed the rebound with 1.4 seconds remaining. Mahoney split a pair of free throws to extend SEMO's lead to 74-71 before stealing the inbounds pass at halfcourt as time expired.

Cleveland Notches 20
Antonius Cleveland notched a game-high 20 points in his last start at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). Cleveland shot 8-of-11 from the field and a near-perfect 4-of-5 at the free throw line. He also grabbed six rebounds, dished out two assists, gathered three blocks and had a steal in 33 minutes. Cleveland netted 15 of his points in the second half alone. The 20-point game was the 10th of his career.

Happy 50th
With his team-high three blocks at Western Illinois (Nov. 16), Antonius Cleveland reached 50 in his career. It was Cleveland's 12th game with multiple blocks in his career.

Climbing the Ranks
Antonius Cleveland cracked Southeast's top- 20 all-time career scorers list following his double-digit effort at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). Cleveland is now 20th in scoring with 1,053 points. He is also ninth all-time in free throw attempts (378), sixth in steals (116) and seventh in games started (79).

Vranes Makes Immediate Impact
North Dakota State College of Science transfer Milos Vranes began his NCAA Division I career with three-straight double figure scoring games. Vranes dropped in 12 points off the bench at Illinois (Nov. 11) and followed that up with 11 against Hannibal-LaGrange (Nov. 13). He then pitched in a season-high 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). Vranes is presently Southeast's second-leading scorer (12.7 ppg) and leads the team with six 3-pointers made. Thanks to Vranes' consistent scoring off the bench, the Redhawk reserves have outscored their opponent's bench, 94-51, through three games this year.

Starting Debut
Guard Dondre Duffus made his first career start at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). Duffus finished with six points, four rebounds and three steals in 21 minutes. He was part of the Redhawks second different lineup combination in three games this season.

Kellum Returns Home
Peoria, Illinois Trey Kellum returns home for Friday's game against Bradley. Kellum was named the Peoria Journal Star's big school Player of the Year in 2012. He was his team's leading scorer (12.6 ppg) and rebounder (7.2 rpg) en route to helping lead Peoria Central High School to a Class 3A state title. Kellum enters Friday's contest as Southeast's third-leading scorer (10 ppg) and top rebounder (6.7 rpg).

Nice Defense
Southeast forced over 20 turnovers (20.6) a game in its first three contests this season. Three days after smothering NAIA Hannibal-LaGrange into a school record 30 turnovers, the Redhawks turned around to force 15 more at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). Southeast scored a combined 58 points off those miscues in that span. The Redhawks are atop the Ohio Valley Conference with a +8.7 turnover margin.

Balanced Scoring
The Redhawks have had multiple double-digit scorers in all three games this season. Most recently, four individuals scored double figures at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). Antonius Cleveland paved the way with 20 points, while Milos Vranes followed with 15, Trey Kellum added 13 and Denzel Mahoney chipped in 10.

Big Improvement
Southeast is shooting 75.9 percent from the free throw line through three games, which is a major improvement from where it was in that category at this time last season. In fact, the Redhawks were only shooting 42.4 percent (28-of-66) at the charity stripe through their first three contests in 2015-16. Most recently, Southeast made 20-of-27 free throws, including 17 in the second half at Western Illinois (Nov. 16). The Redhawks shot nearly 80 percent (79.5, 39-of-49) in their last two games alone.

Up Next
Southeast returns home to host UT Rio Grande Valley on Nov. 22. Tip-off is set for 6:30 p.m., CT, at the Show Me Center. The Redhawks will then be off for Thanksgiving before resuming action at UMKC on Nov. 28.
