On the Road Again
The Redhawks are on a three-game road trip to open the second half of Ohio Valley Conference play. After Thursday's matchup, Southeast heads to Eastern Illinois on Feb. 8. The Redhawks are 6-8 outside of Cape Girardeau and 1-4 on the road in OVC action this season.

Series History
Southeast holds a 15-5 advantage in its all-time series against SIU Edwardsville. The Redhawks won six of the last seven games between these teams. Southeast beat the Cougars, 82-78, in the meeting on Jan. 23 in Cape Girardeau. The Redhawks are 2-1 in Edwardsville under head coach Dickey Nutt.

McRoberts Out for Two Games
The Redhawks will be without reserve Paul McRoberts this week. McRoberts will miss the next two games with a foot injury. He averaged 10 points per game off the bench in two games for Southeast last week. McRoberts matched a season-high 16 points against Kansas City (Jan. 29), making a perfect 6-of-6 field goals in that game. He shot 80 percent (8-of-10) from the field, dished out four assists and had two steals on the week.

Redhawks Drop Heartbreaker at Eastern Kentucky
Southeast will look to bounce back from a heartbreaking 79-78 loss at Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 1). The Redhawks led, 72-62, with 3:57 left before the Colonels used a 17-6 run two pull off their come-from-behind win. Glenn Cosey, who scored 15 points in the first half, did not score again until the final 26 seconds. Cosey made two free throws to tie the game at 76-76 and banked in the game-winning three-pointer with one second left. Southeast lost in each of its last six trips to Richmond.

Bradley Erupts
Three days after playing just two minutes due to a sprained knee against Kansas City (Jan. 29), Jarekious Bradley exploded for a season-high 32 points to lead Southeast at Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 1). Bradley missed just three field goals, shooting 12-of-15 from the floor against the Colonels. He also buried 3-of-4 threes, 5-of-7 free throws and pulled down eight rebounds. Additionally, Bradley dished out two assists, gathered three blocks and had three steals in 38 minutes. It was the second time he scored 30 or more points in a game this season.

A Look Back
Jarekious Bradley scored 18 points and Southeast made four free throws in the last four seconds to secure an 82-78 win over SIU Edwardsville on Jan. 23 at the Show Me Center. The Redhawks led by as many as 25 points in the game before SIUE sliced the lead to one with nine seconds left. Lucas Nutt, after missing the front end of a 1-and-1, then intercepted Christian Salecich's pass. Southeast followed with four free throws after the turnover to preserve the win.

Start Me Up
Lucas Nutt will take the floor for his 98th career start at SIU Edwardsville Thursday. Nutt ranks third in games started at Southeast. Derek Winans currently holds the record with 101 starts from 2001-05.
