Southeast Missouri (2-3) returns home to host Alabama A&M (1-3) Saturday. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m., CT, at the Show Me Center.

Series History
Southeast holds a 1-0 series lead against Southwestern Athletic Conference opponent Alabama A&M. These teams last met at a neutral site during the 1984-85 season. Southeast won that contest by a score of 85-74.

November Ends
The Redhawks close out the month of November when they square off against Alabama A&M this weekend. Southeast played four of its first five games away from home during its first month of the 2014-15 season.

Tall Order Ahead
Southeast is gearing up for a jam-packed December, its final month of the non-conference season. After Saturday's matchup, the Redhawks will face three SEC schools, one Southland Conference foe and two Missouri Valley Conference opponents as part of a seven-game December. Southeast plays at Missouri (Dec. 2), hosts Southeastern Louisiana (Dec. 6), Southern Illinois (Dec. 10) and Missouri State (Dec. 13), and takes on Arkansas (Dec. 20) and Ole Miss (Dec. 22). After all that, the Redhawks welcome Harris-Stowe (Dec. 28) for one more game before the start of Ohio Valley Conference play.

Against the SWAC
The Redhawks are 5-4 all-time against the Southwestern Athletic Conference.Southeast has faced Alabama A&M (1-0), Alcorn State (1-0), Jackson State (2-0), Prairie View A&M (1-0), Mississippi Valley State (0-3) and Grambling State (0-1) over the course of its basketball history. The Redhawks only loss to a SWAC foe came during the 2010-11 season, a 77-76 overtime setback against Grambling State at the Show Me Center.

SWAC Record
Head Coach Dickey Nutt owns a 12-3 record (.800) against Southwestern Athletic Conference schools. Nutt has played Alabama A&M (1-0), Arkansas-Pine Bluff (4-0), Grambling State (0-1), Jackson State (3-1), Prairie View A&M (1-0) and Mississippi Valley State (3-1) during his coaching career.

Bradley is Rolling
Southeast's leading scorer, Jarekious Bradley pitched in double figures in three-straight starts since returning from a quad contusion injury. Bradley, who averages 17.7 points a game, began the year by scoring 15 vs. Hannibal-LaGrange (Nov. 18) and 20 at Central Arkansas (Nov. 22). Most recently, he turned in his first double-double of the season with 18 points and 10 boards at Bowling Green (Nov. 25). Bradley leads the Redhawks with 10 three-pointers made and is a perfect 9-of-9 at the free throw line, as well.

Approaching 700
Jarekious Bradley's latest 18-point effort at Bowling Green (Nov. 25) moved him closer to 700 points in his two-year Southeast career. A native of Memphis, Tenn., Bradley currently has 661 points in 35 games and 28 starts as a Redhawk. He owns a career scoring average of 18.9 points per game.

Langford Makes First Start
Guard Josh Langford made his first start of the season at Bowling Green (Nov. 25). Langford scored two points in 19 minutes. Prior to that, he scored double-digits in back-to-back games off the bench. Langford ranks fourth on the team with 8.3 points per contest.

Starting Lineups
Southeast has used four different starting lineup combinations in its first five games this season. Jarekious Bradley, Isiah Jones, Antonius Cleveland, Aaron Adeoye, Nino Johnson, J.J. Thompson and Josh Langford have started at least one game this year.

Redhawks Fall at Bowling Green
The Redhawks saw a two-game winning streak end with a 62-54 loss at Bowling Green (Nov. 25). BGSU scored eight points in the final 1:53 to pull away. Six of the Falcons final eight points came at the free throw line. Southeast was outrebounded, 38-30, and outscored, 36-20, inside the paint. The Redhawks fell to 1-3 in games outside of Cape Girardeau this year.

Adeoye Matches Season-High
Aaron Adeoye matched a season-high 12 points at Bowling Green (Nov. 25). Adeoye made 4-of-6 field goals, grabbed eight rebounds and knocked down 4-of-4 free throws in 27 minutes off the bench. He also recorded two blocks in his second double-digit scoring game.

The Chase is On
Senior forward Nino Johnson needs 25 blocks to break Southeast's all-time career record. Johnson had a single-season record 84 blocks in 2012-13. He currently has 132 in his career and ranks second behind William "Bud" Eley (156 blocks, 1995-99). Johnson was third on the team with 28 swats a year ago.

About Alabama A&M
Southwestern Athletic Conference member Alabama A&M makes its first trip to Cape Girardeau Saturday. AAMU is presently 1-3 this season and is coming off a 67-61 home loss to Ohio Valley Conference foe Jacksonville State (Nov. 25). Nicolas West is the lone Bulldog averaging double figures in the scoring column with 14 points a game. AAMU leads the SWAC in scoring defense, allowing just 67.5 points per contest. The Bulldogs also have the league's best field goal percentage (.410) and three-point field goal percentage (.270) defense.
