Biography

Spring 2021: Fashioned a 7-11 singles mark, competing at the top three slots...Was 4-3 in OVC singles matches at the third position...Posted a 12-5 doubles record in 2021 with a 6-0 mark in OVC contests, playing exclusively at the no. 1 position...With Romana Tarajova, the 2021 OVC Player of the Year, compiled a doubles mark of 11-3 and a perfect 6-0 record in OVC matches at the top doubles lineup spot...Also played doubles with Teona Velkoska, going 1-2 with a victory over Mizzou's (1/24) Bronte Murgett and Marta Oliveira...Ranked as high as 71st in the 2021 Oracle Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division I Women's Rankings (3/24) with Velkoska because of the win…Finished Redhawks career with a singles record of 47-36...Ranks fourth all-time in SEMO program history for career wins.

Spring 2020 (Shortened season due to the COVID-19 pandemic)Registered a 3-5 singles dual mark, playing at the top two positions (1-3 at first, 2-2 at second)…Was second on the team with three singles dual wins…Won back-to-back second singles matches over Mika Misgav  of Saint Louis (1/29, 2-6, 7-5, 7-6 (7-4)) and Lipscomb’s (2/8, 6-1, 6-4) Emma Zakordoniec…Wrapped up the season with a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Missouri State’s (3/6) Alye Darter at the top spot…Led the Redhawks with a 4-5 dual doubles mark, competing at the top slot with Romana Tarajova…Posted consecutive wins over Saint Louis (1/29, Cassie McKenzie & Ariana Rodriguez, 6-2) and Lipscomb (2/8, Kate Popova & Denise Buberl, 6-4)…Also had back-to-back victories at Bradley (2/28, Natalia Barbery & Sandra Maletin, 6-2)and Missouri State (3/6, Alye Darter & Ellie Burger, 6-3)…Awarded the OVC Academic Medal of Honor…Named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll…Garnered ITA Scholar-Athlete accolades…Captured SEMO’s President's Spirit of Southeast Award (2019-2020 Southeast Student Life & Leadership Award).

Fall 2019: Posted a 7-7 singles record…Notched a 7-5 doubles mark…Played doubles with Sneha Sinha (3-2), Romana Tarajova (4-2) and Maja Lundell (0-1)…Beat Murray State’s Anja Loncarevic to conclude the Austin Peay Fall Invitational (9/13-14)…Finished the Central Arkansas (UCA) Fall Invitational (9/28-29) with two wins over Arkansas State…Overcame Kylie Duckworth of the SEC’s Tennessee, 7-5, 4-6, 6-1, to open the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Ohio Valley Regional Championship (10/17-19)…Concluded the tournament with a win over Chattanooga…Opened the Stetson Invitational (11/1-3) with a victory over host Stetson…Posted three straight doubles victories with Sinha at the Austin Peay Fall Invitational (9/13-14)…Won pair of home doubles matches against William Woods (10/5) with Tarajova…Fell to Purdue in the first round of the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championship (10/17-19) with Tarajova.

Spring 2019Notched a 14-7 singles dual record and led the team with singles wins, playing at the second position…Had a 6-2 record during OVC duals…Named OVC Co-Female Athlete of the Week on Feb. 20 after registering a perfect 3-0 record on Feb. 17 with wins over Nebraska-Omaha and Missouri State…Recorded win streaks of seven (March 2-30) and five (April 11-26)…First win streak included victories over Bradley (3/2), Louisiana Tech (3/4), Louisiana-Monroe (3/10), Jackson State (3/10), Loyola New Orleans (3/12) and UT Martin (3/22)…Second win streak featured five consecutive conference wins over Tennessee State (4/11), Jacksonville State (4/13), SIUE (4/19), Eastern Illinois (4/20) and Belmont (4/26)…Triumphed over Belmont’s Drew Hawkins, 6-2, 6-1 at no. 2 singles in the First Round of the OVC Championship (4/26)…Competed in doubles with Sneha Sinha, fashioning a 10-6 record at the first (6-5) and second (4-1) slots…Tallied a 4-2 record in OVC play with a perfect 3-0 mark at no. 2 doubles…Had a four-match win streak from March 2-22 with victories on Bradley (3/2), Jackson State (3/10), Louisiana New Orleans (3/12) and UT Martin (3/22) at no. 1 doubles…During conference play, had a three-match win streak with wins over Murray State (4/6), SIUE (4/19) and Eastern Illinois (4/20) at the second doubles spot…Finished the season with a 6-4 victory over Austin Peay’s Claudia Yanes Garcia and Lidia Yanes Garcia in the Semifinals of the OVC Championship (4/27)…Also, played in one OVC dual meet with Manuela Barriga, losing at the second position…Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll...Awarded ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.

Fall 2018: Competed in all four tournaments…Recorded a 5-5 singles record and a 3-4 mark in doubles, playing with Sneha Sinha…Started the fall with a 6-1, 6-1 singles win over Peyton Lee of Belmont at the Austin Peay Fall Invitational (9/14-15)…Advanced through singles qualifying at the 2018 ITA Central Regional (10/12-16) with wins over Thea Dassy of Missouri-Kansas City and Domingo of Saint Louis…Also recorded victories over North Dakota’s Isa Sullivan and Arkansas State’s Shelby King at the Regional…Posted consecutive doubles victories with Sinha over Central Arkansas and Missouri State at the UCA Fall Invitational (9/20-22)…Finished the fall doubles campaign with a 7-6, 9-7 win over Central Arkansas at the Missouri State Fall Invitational (10/26-10/28).

Spring 2018: Garnered Second-Team All-OVC honors...Led the team with a 10-6 dual singles record and a 6-3 OVC mark in 2018 going 9-4 at the no. 2 slot...Concluded the season with four conference singles wins over her final five matches...Named adidas® OVC Tennis Female Athlete of the Week (1/31) with three wins in singles and doubles over Bradley and Northern Illinois...In doubles, amassed a 5-8 dual record (2-3 OVC) playing with Isabella Krupa, Kelly Sicha and Oleksandra Doroshenko...Posted back-to-back doubles victories with Krupa over Bradley (1/26) and Northern Illinois (1/28) in the second weekend of the season...Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor after she attained a perfect 4.0 GPA...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Fall 2017: Appeared in all four tournaments…Led the team with 15 total wins, 10 singles (10-4) wins and tied for first on the team with five doubles (5-4) wins…Partnered in doubles with Anais Emelie (2-1), Alessandra Maya Thompson (2-1) and Isabella Krupa (1-2)…Recorded a consolation semifinals finish at the 2017 ITA Central Regional Championship (10/19-23)…Beat Iowa’s Adorabol Huckleby of Iowa, 6-1, 6-4 in the Round of 16s…Won the Flight C singles bracket at the SIUE Indoor Invitational (10/27-28).

Spring 2017: Ranked second on the team with 13 singles victories…Finished her freshman campaign at 13-7 with 12 of her wins coming at the No. 3 singles position…Recorded four singles wins in Ohio Valley Conference play…Teamed up with Anais Emelie to compile a 10-6 record in No. 2 doubles…Posted her first career singles victory when she beat Arkansas State’s Shannon O’Brien, 6-1, 6-3, on Jan. 27…Had a four-match winning streak in singles action twice during the spring campaign...Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor after she attained a perfect 4.0 GPA...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Fall 2016: Competed in all seven meets…Compiled 17 total wins, including an 8-6 singles record, tying her for second-most singles victories on the team…Won four out of her first five singles matches and three out of the last five…Paired with Anais Emelie for nine doubles wins…Won the first four doubles matches of the year…Won doubles matches over UT Martin, Butler and Missouri State.
