SEMO lost 4-0 against Illinois State. The Redhawks lost the doubles point losing at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. The No. 1 duo of Juliettte Demunck and Kristina Kozakova were battling down 4-3 when the doubles point was clinched.
In the singles matches the Redbirds picked up wins at No. 1, No. 4 and No. 5. The redhawks were fighting with Maja Bajorek and Sofia Zemtsova both up one set at No. 2 and No. 3 singles. At No. 6 singles Yontha Tadoum battled back after losing the first set 6-1 to win 6-0 in the second set before the match was clinched.
