NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Southeast Missouri Tennis team picked up its second win in two days defeating Belmont University 4-2 Saturday.
SEMO kicked things off by taking the doubles point winning at No. 2 and No. 3.
Juliette Demunck and
Kristina Kozakova won 6-3 at No. 2 and
Yontha Tadoum paired up with
Sofia Zemtsova at No. 3 also winning 6-3.
The Redhawks didn't slow down in singles winning at No. 2, No. 5 and No. 6, each in straight sets. Demunck got the win at No. 2 with a score of 6-3, 6-2. Mia Mayerova battled for a 6-1, 7-6 win at No. 5 and Tadoum secured a win at No. 6 with a 7-5, 6-1 victory.
The Redhawks will travel back to Tennessee, but this time to Memphis to battle with the University of Memphis, February 21
st.
