CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – The Southeast Missouri Tennis team announces that it is bringing in Maria Drag to join the squad for the 2027 season. 

Drag is a native of Krakow, Poland. She is an 8.7 UTR and is ranked around 1100 in the world

"I am extremely excited and honored to be joining the team," Drag said. "I am so happy about the new opportunities this experience will bring."

"I think Maria will make an immediate impact next fall. I know she will continue to improve," said head coach Steve Brooks. 

This is the first announced addition to the team for the 2027 season.
