KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Southeast Missouri tennis team will wrap up its fall schedule competing in the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championships.
The squad will only be traveling a select few athletes to compete is the draws.
Yontha Tadoum,
Saskia Soome and
Maja Bajorek will be the traveling Redhawks.
Representing SEMO in the main doubles draw will be Soome and Tadoum. All three will be entered into the singles draw. Bajorek and Soome will be in the qualifying singles bracket, while
Tadoum has already qualified for the main draw.
Bajorek will get the tournament started Thursday morning when she hits the court at 9 a.m. against Evelyn Risner from Miami University (Ohio). Soome will follow at Noon when she faces off
against Chase Boyer from Indiana University.
Yontha will participate in the main draw later in the weekend.

Last Time Out
The Redhawks sent the whole squad to the Middle Tennessee Fall Invite. SEMO players combined to post a 10-11 record in singles play and a solid 6–6 mark in doubles competition,
highlighted by several hard-fought tiebreak victories and consistent performances across all flights. Leading the Redhawks was
Sofia Zemtsova who went 2-0 in her singles matches defeating
Tennessee State's Victoria Cooksey 6-1, 7-5 and Middle Tennessee's Sze Xuan 6-4, 3-6, 10-4.
Saskia Soome made her first appearance for SEMO this fall and earned an impressive opening singles win over Tennessee State's Natalie Walsh 6-1, 6-4.
