TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alexis Brawner recorded a 9.750 on floor exercise Saturday afternoon at the Coleman Coliseum on the campus of the University of Alabama in her third career NCAA Regional.

The score matched her NCAA Regional-high mark that she set at the 2016 NCAA Regional also in Tuscaloosa. Brawner finished tied for 30th on floor out of 42 competitors at the 2018 Tuscaloosa Regional.

She received a pair of 9.75s, a 9.70 and a 9.80 from the four judges.

Brawner rotated with Central Michigan and tallied the score on floor in the sixth and final rotation.

Brawner will now head to Denton, Texas, with
McKinzie Jones,
Samantha Gallet,
McKenna Stanley,
Megan Dennis,
Alana Fischer and
Gabrielle Adams for the 2018 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships April 13-15 at the Kitty Magee Arena.
