KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Southeast Missouri recorded its third consecutive team score of 193.000 or better, accumulating a 193.100 overall in Saturday's dual meet loss to Western Michigan (195.475).

SEMO started the meet on a high note, scoring its third consecutive score of 48.000 or better with a 48.425. All five scorers collected a 9.625 or better.
Alexis Brawner led the squad with a 9.775.
Ashley Thomas came in just behind with an even 9.700.
Courteney Taylor (9.675) and
McKenna Stanley (9.650) finished in third and fourth, respectively.
McKinzie Jones ended the scoring for the Redhawks with a 9.625.

On vault, the Redhawks put together another strong rotation, collecting a 48.225. Once again, Brawner paced the team with a remarkable vault of 9.800. Thomas finished in second on the squad with a 9.700. Taylor came in third with a score of 9.650. Stanley placed fourth, scoring a 9.625.
Allyson Bell and
Mackenzie Slee tied for fifth on the team with identical scores of 9.450.

In the third rotation, Southeast scored a meet-high team score of 48.850 on floor. Four Redhawks scored a 9.750 or better. Brawner led the team on the third consecutive event, tallying a 9.875. Jones followed close behind with a 9.800. Taylor finished third with a score of 9.775. Thomas placed fourth on the team with score of 9.750. Slee rounded out scoring with a 9.650.

The Redhawks closed out the meet on beam and scored a 47.600. Jones led the way with a season-high score of 9.850. Brawner finished second with a 9.750, securing her third consecutive all-around score of 39.000 or better with a 39.200. Bell came in third, scoring a career-best 9.725 on the beam. Slee placed fourth on the team with a 9.250. Stanley closed out scoring with a 9.025.

Southeast will head to Chicago next weekend for the Midwest Independent Conference Championship.
