Setting the Table
The Southeast Missouri baseball team hosts in-state rival Saint Louis Tuesday evening at 5:00 p.m. It is the first of two meetings between the two schools as the Redhawks will complete the home and home series in March. Due in unfavorable weather in the area Monday evening and Tuesday morning the game time has been changed from a 3:00 p.m. first pitch to a 5:00 p.m. first pitch. Freshman
Alex Winkelman (2-1) is expected to get the start for the Redhawks on Tuesday as he opposes Saint Louis right hander Brett Vanover.
Going Streaking

Andy Lennington extended his hitting streak to 10 games on Sunday with a pair of RBI singles. Lennington has hit in all eight games this season and earned a hit in the final two games of 2012. He also leads the OVC in RBI with 12 on the season.

Southeast has three player leading the OVC in hits with 12.

Southeast leads the OVC in hits per game with 11.13 and have earned double digit hits in five of their eight games so far this season.The Redhawks recorded a season-high 13 runs and 18 hits on Sunday in a 13-7 win over North Dakota State. Southeast had six players record multi-hit games in the victory.

Preseason OVC Polls
The Southeast Missouri Baseball team was picked eighth in the Ohio Valley Conference Preseason Poll. Austin Peay, the OVC Co-Regular season and tournament champions in back-to-back seasons were picked to win the league with 14 first place votes. Southeast Missouri junior left fielder
