As a junior, hit .312 with a .353 on-base percentage… As a sophomore, he hit .385 with a .461 on-base percentage… His summer team won the 2014 Mickey Mantle World Series… Also lettered in football at Marcus High School… In the classroom, he carried a perfect 4.0 GPA in high school, was an AP Scholar, and a National Merit Semi-Finalist.
