2012: Named to the Ohio Valley Conference All-Freshman Team… Appeared in 46 games with 45 starts at five different positions with 16 at first base, two at second base, one at shortstop, 17 in right field and nine in center field… Was fourth on the Redhawks in batting average at .289… Was third on the team in runs with 35… Added 55 hits on the season with 12 double tying for third on the team and also added one triple and three home runs… Recorded 32 RBI and an on-base percentage of .341… Recorded 14 multi-hit games with five games with three hits and one game with four hits… Recorded a career-high six RBI going 3-for-5 with two doubles against IPFW on February 26… Recorded a career-high four hits with an RBI and two runs scored against Austin Peay on March 25… Recorded his first career home run against UALR on March 13 finishing the day 3-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored… Was 3-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored against EIU on May 25 in the OVC Tournament… Hit what proved to be a game winning three-run home run against EIU on March 31.

Prep: Lennington was named to the All-Region team at Brentwood Academy in Franklin, Tenn... He hit .318 with eight home runs and 32 runs batted in... He also added 11 doubles and three triples... As a junior, he was named to the All-County Team after hitting .370 with three home runs... He drove in 32 runs that year... As a sophomore he hit .344 with 16 RBIs, one home run, six doubles, and one triple... Lennington excelled as a team member of three Tennessee State Championships, while also holding a 3.6 GPA.
