Arizona Western: Was a reliever in 2015 and started the 2016 campaign at Arizona Western College...Went 8-3 with 90 strikeouts in 66.1 innings as a sophomore...Boasted 12.21 strikeouts per nine innings... Had a 2.44 ERA…Earned First-Team All-ACCAC and first-team all-region…Made 15 relief appearances as a freshman, recording a 2-1 record in 30 innings…Tallied 32 strikeouts.   

Prep: Helped lead Silver High School’s baseball team to its first state championship in 17 years as a senior…Named first team all-state… Also an accomplished wrestler and javelin thrower on the track & field team…Recorded the most takedowns and picked up 48 wins with only three losses as a senior en route to national and state individual titles…Helped the wrestling team to a state championship as a freshman, second-place finish as a sophomore and third-place finish at state as a junior…Was part of the state championship track team his junior year.
