Series History
The Redhawks and Eagles will meet for the 37th time on Thursday evening as the 2023-24 Ohio Valley Conference season winds down. SEMO holds a 19-17 series advantage over the Eagles and beat them in last year's OVC Tournament Quarterfinals. MSU won the previous matchup this season on New Year's Eve by a final score of 64-61 in Cape Girardeau.

Double-Digits
Following last Saturday, three different Redhawks have scored double-digits in 10 or more games this season. Guards Alecia Doyle, Jaliyah Green, and Indiya Bowen are all coming off double-digit point performances last Saturday. Doyle is currently on a six-game double-digit streak and has scored in double figures 20 different times this season. Green registered her 19th game of 10+ points, and Bowen secured 13 points, a team-high Saturday, for her 13th time this season in double-digits.

Entering the final week of the season, SEMO is currently tied for ninth place in the league as they are a game behind Tennessee State (6-10 OVC) for the final spot in the OVC Tournament Bracket. The Redhawks own the head-to-head with TSU and need to win and TSU to lose for a spot in Evansville.

Junior guard Kiyley Flowers is coming off a six-steal performance last Saturday against UT Martin. The performance marks the 13th time this season that Flowers has recorded three or more steals in a game.
