MUNCIE, Ind. – Southeast Missouri women's gymnastics registered a 194.700 on Sunday afternoon and finished third at the Ball State Quad Meet to wrap-up the weekend.
Ball State registered a 196.300 to win their home meet, followed by Pittsburgh who received a 195.075. Fisk also competed and scored a 189.650 to round out the meet.
The Redhawks'
Lydia Webb was SEMO's lone all-arounder on the afternoon, finishing the day with a 37.550 in the category which tied for fifth overall.
Webb's highest total came on the Bars routine where she registered a 9.775.
BARS
Lindsey Ockler, who missed the Tennessee Collegiate Classic, picked up where she left off following an impressive Friday night with a 9.825 to lead the Redhawks on Bars.
Jolie Miller, the defending MIC Bars Champion, was second with a 9.800.
VAULT
Madison Greene registered a team-high 9.800 on the Vault from the fifth slot in SEMO's lineup.
Lindsay Ockler and
Janelle Lopez received 9.775's in the fourth & sixth slots, respectively, as the two rounded out the top three for SEMO on the rotation.
FLOOR
Madison Greene continued her impressive day starting on the opening rotation registering a 9.825, to lead the Redhawks in her second rotation on the day.
Senior
Jordan Jones picked up a 9.600 on the floor finishing in third on the team.
Sophomore
Nyah Reader finished tied for second with Senior
Lindsey Moffitt with a 9.775 to round out SEMO's top-three.
BEAM
Nyah Reader continued her impressive start to the season in the Beam rotation for the Gymhawks as Reader led the team with a 9.825.
Freshman
Taylor Ingle came in second place, receiving a 9.775 in the third-slot in the rotation.
Molly Maxwell was in the leadoff spot for the Redhawks on the Beam and registered a 9.725 to round out SEMO's top-three.
LOOKING AHEAD
SEMO Gymnastics will be off next weekend, and will return to action on Friday, February 10, to host Lindenwood and Fisk at Houck Field House. Competiton is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m., CT.
