Due to COVID-19 protocols within the Southeast Missouri women's gymnastics program, the team will not be competing in Missouri's Quad Meet Friday, Jan. 7 at the Hearnes Center in Columbia, Missouri. The meet will not be made up. Friday's competition field still includes Missouri, Illinois State and Ball State.
 
SEMO, the defending 2021 USA Gymnastics National Champions, will open its 2022 season Friday, Jan. 14 against Centenary at Houck Field House. First rotation will begin at 6:30 p.m., CT.
