The Eagles dropped their last game against Belmont 83-62 after winning the previous four in a row. Eriel McKee had 20 points and six rebounds in the loss. On the season, the Eagles are led by Miranda Crockett at 15.5 points per contest. Tierra McGowan averages 12.7 points and 12.2 rebounds for Morehead as well.

In their first meeting earlier this season, Southeast Missouri fell to Morehead State at the buzzer 59-56. The Redhawks last defeated the Eagles 89-79 back on Jan. 7, 2016. Southeast leads the all-time series 23-19.

Redhawks Lose to Austin Peay, 61-50
Southeast battled from behind the first three quarters, struggling to get anything going from the field. The Redhawks managed to tie the game early in the fourth but then went in a drought allowing Austin Peay to reclaim the lead and eventually win by 11.
