DENTON, Texas – Southeast Missouri women's gymnastics (4-11, 2-4 MIC) recorded a season-high team score of 193.675 Sunday afternoon at Texas Woman's quad meet at Kitty Magee Arena.

The Redhawks also posted a season-best score on beam with a 48.725.

Southeast finished third in the meet as the quad host, Pioneers, placed first with a team score of 194.675. Bridgeport was second with a 194.275 and Centenary rounded out the quad with a 191.825.

Alexis Brawner finished second on vault (9.775) and bars (9.850).
McKinzie Jones earned third on beam with a 9.800.

SEMO opened the quad on beam with a season-high score of 48.725. Jones led the Redhawks with a 9.800, which matched her season-best score.
Michael Sanders added a personal-best score of 9.750 for second on the team.

Mackenzie Slee,
Alana Fischer and
Megan Dennis of Lewisville, Texas, tied for third with identical scores of 9.725. The score was a career-high for Slee and matched personal-bests for Fischer and Dennis.

In the second rotation, Southeast totaled a 48.625 on floor. Brawner recorded a team-high score of 9.825 for fourth overall at the meet. Slee and Jones were second on SEMO with scores of 9.750.
McKenna Stanley hit a career-best routine in her home state with a 9.675.
Gabrielle Adams added a score of 9.625.

Kenna Skepnek made her Redhawks debut with an 8.950 on floor.

SEMO tallied a 48.275 on vault in the third rotation of the quad meet. Brawner led the way for the Redhawks with a 9.775. Slee and Sanders were second on Southeast with career-best scores of 9.675.
Samantha Gallet and Adams added scores of 9.575.

The Redhawks ended the quad on bars with a team score of 48.050. Brawner paced the team with a career-best score of 9.850. Gallet added a personal-high score of 9.775. Fischer also posted a career best with a 9.750. Stanley chipped in a 9.675.

Allyson Bell competed in her first meet in 2018 and had a score of 9.000 on bars.

Stanley posted a fifth place finish in the all-around competition with a score of 37.025. Stanley's highest scores were 9.675 on bars and floor. Â
