Southeast Missouri's track & field teams will take part in the Memphis Tigers Invitational this weekend, April 28-29. The meet currently is set to open at 3 p.m. on Friday while resuming action on Saturday at 11 a.m.

Conference Rankings
Zach Gordon captured the top 200m time last weekend at 21.27. Brannon Wright currently ranks second with his time of 21.39.

Gordon also is third in the 100m (10.76) while Andre Bluiett rounds out the top-five (10.90).

Jarred Pasley's time of 47.29 in the 400m ranks second in the conference while Jordan Barber ranks fifth (48.20).

Sydney O'Brien (35:38.56) and Kaitlyn Shea (35:56.84) are currently second and third, respectively, in the 10,000m after their performance at the Mt. SAC Relays.

Wesley White currently holds the OVC's fifth-best time in the 400m hurdles this season at 54.03.

The men's 4x400m relay team now holds the conferences top time of 3:13.83.

In field events, three Redhawks rank in the top-five for men's pole vault. Christian Locke holds the top position with a height of 16' 8.75" (5.10m) while Dylan Rush is second (15' 10") and Nick South is fourth (15' 1"). Sierra Maddox holds the second ranked height on the women's end at 12' 3.5" (3.75m).

Gordon appears for the third time in conference rankings, holding fifth in long jump with a distance of 23' .75".

Kayla Gutierrez holds the top women's discus throw (46.70m, 153' 2") and hammer throw (53.96m; 177') while ranking fifth in shot put (13.88m; 45' 6.5").

Logan Blomquist's discus throw of 174' (53.03m) leads the OVC while Stephen Zagurski follows in fourth (158' 3"). Zagurski also ranks third in hammer with a best toss of 187' 11" (57.29m).

In men's javelin, Richard Vinson sports the top toss of the OVC at 187' 8" (57.21m) while Andrew Ryan is third (177' 3").

Looking Ahead
The Redhawks will have a busy weekend to look forward too with action being held at both Indiana University on May 5 and the University of Tennessee on May 6.
