2020 Indoor: Competed in eight meets…Had nine top-five finishes…Posted four first-place finishes…Awarded OVC Female Track Athlete of the Year…Named the OVC Female Track Athlete of the Week twice in 2020 (2/5 & 2/19)…Led the OVC in the 3,000 meters (9:32.79) and ranked second in the 5,000 meters (16:59.70)…Finished first in the 3,000 meters in 10:20.67 at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Placed third in the same event with a time of 10:03.14 at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Won the mile (5:02.83) and was second in the 4x800 meter relay (10:07.66) at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Took first in the 3,000 meters in 9:55.78 at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Broke the SEMO indoor program record for the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 16:59.70 for first at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1) and ranks sixth overall (indoor and outdoor) in the SEMO Track & Field record books…Set the new SEMO 3,000 meters indoor record with a career-best time of 9:32.79 for second overall at the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14) and ranks third overall for the 3,000 meters (indoor and outdoor) at Southeast…Captured Silver in the 5,000 meters with a mark of 16:59.85 at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27)…Also was fourth in the 3,000 meters (9:54.77) and sixth in the mile with a PR time of 4:57.11…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets…Registered four first place finishes and six top-five finishes…Posted a personal-best 2,000 meter steeplechase time of 7:12.14 at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23)…Won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the 2019 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/29-30) in 10:56.53…Captured first in the 5,000 meters at the Gibson Invitational (4/6), crossing the finish line in 17:08.11…Named the OVC Female Track Athlete of the Week on April 10 after her performance at the Gibson Invitational (4/6)…Set a personal record of 4:38.20 in the 1,500 meters (10th) at the Joe Walker Classic (4/12-13)…Won the 3,000 meter steeplechase in a career-best time of 10:48.35 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/19-20)…Placed fifth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 10:53.31 at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27)…Earned gold in the 3,000 steeplechase with a mark of 10:50.30 at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau...Also was fifth in the 5,000 meters in 17:30.60.
 
2019 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Posted four first place finishes and 11 top-five finishes…Won the 3,000 meters in three straight meets to open the season including the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7, 10:18.47), 2019 Illini Open (1/12, 10:04.49) and the Samford Open (1/18-19, 10:01.63)…Registered a Southeast school record of 11:48.52 in the distance medley relay with Kendall Long, Claire Morrill and Carli Knott for second at the Indiana University Relays (1/25-26)…Also placed fourth in the 3,000 meters in 9:57.02…Named the OVC Co-Female Runner of the Week on Jan. 30 after her performance at the Indiana University Relays…Set a personal-best mile time of 4:59.60 (fifth) at the Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Won the 5,000 meters in 18:00.00 at the Redhawks Open (2/15)…Earned bronze in both the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21)…Posted a personal-best 5,000 meters mark of 17:06.25…Finished the 3,000 meters in 9:55.89.

2018 Cross Country: Ran in six meets…Placed second at back-to-back invites to start the season…Clocked in at 18:38.2 at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31) and posted a mark of 18:18.7 at the SIUE John Flamer Invite (9/14)…Was 37th at the at the Louisville Classic (9/29), crossing the finish line in 17:43.5…Set a career-best 6K time of 21:26.7 (66th) at the Wisconsin Pre-National Meet (10/13)…Finished seventh at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27) to earn First-Team All-OVC laurels with a mark of 17:36.7…Posted a time of 21:48.4 (71st) at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018 Outdoor: Did not compete. 

2018 Indoor: Competed in one meet...Won the 3000m in 10:13.91 at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2017 Cross Country: Ran in six races...Won the Walt Crawford Open (9/1) with a time of 17:48.9 and Forest Park Cross Country Festival (9/8) in 18:24.61 to start the season...Finished 25th at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/13) in 21:37.6...Placed twelfth (17:44.8) at the OVC Championships (10/28) to earn All-OVC Second Team laurels...Finished in the top 100 (21:39.9) at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2017 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets...Had four second place finishes...Set a PR in the 800m in 2:19.52 (18th) and 1500m in 4:38.78 (10th) at the Ole Miss/ Joe Walker Invitational (3/24)...Placed second with a personal-best (eight all-time in SEMO History) 5000m in 17:09.39 at the 2017 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/31)...Ran a PR (Third All-Time in SEMO History) 10,000m at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13) in 35:56.84...Took second (37:32.14) in 10,000m and fifth (17:40.47) in the 5000m at the OVC Championships...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2017 Indoor: Competed in seven meets...Won the 3000m at SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual (10:17.60 on 12/19), the Missouri Invitational (10:04.98 on 1/20) and the 2017 Indiana University Relays (9:53.58 on 1/27) to start the season...Also placed second in the 5000m with a season-best 17:10.69 at the 2017 Indiana University Relays (1/27)...Took first in the mile with a personal-best at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/3) in 5:01.58...Set a PR in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (9:46.28 on 2/10)...Finished third (9:48.49) in the 3000m and seventh (17:20.31) in the 5000m at the OVC Championship (2/24).
 
2016 Cross Country: Ran in all seven races…Earned second team All-OVC honors after placing 13th (17:43.6) at the OVC Championship (10/29)…Finished in the top 35 in all but two races…Opened the season with back-to-back top-10 finishes at the Gabby Reuveni (2nd – 14:05) and the Rebel Invitational (8th – 17:30.2)…Came in 26th (21:34.2) at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/14) to help the team to an eighth-place finish out of 31 total teams…Took 34th at the Commodore Classic (9/17) with a time of 17:53.3.

2016 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Set PRs in the 800m (2:23), 1500m (4:43.77) and 5000m (17:24.72) races…Compiled seven top-10 finishes in nine total events…Runner-up in the 3000m at the WKU Hilltopper Relays (4/9) with a time of 10:11.07…Added two third-place finishes at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16) in the 4x400m relay (4:16.45) and 800m (PR)…Finished third in the 5000m (18:04.71) at the Joey Haines Invite (4/2)…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2016 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Set PRs in the mile (5:16.48) and 3000m (10:09.06)… Accumulated seven top-10 finishes…Apart of distance medley relay team that set school indoor record at the Meyo Invitational (2/5) in 11:58.34…Won the 5000m at the Fred Wilt Invitational (2/13) with a season-best time of 17:42.31…Finished third in the 3000m (PR) at the Missouri Invitational (1/15)…Member of distance relay team to place fifth at the OVC Championship (2/27) with a time of 12:19.49.

2015 Cross Country: Ran in all six races…Won OVC Female Freshman of the Year honors…In her first ever collegiate race, Shea finished in second place (15:04) at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird to help lead the team to a first place finish overall…Finished in the top-100 in all but one race…Finished in 20th place at the OVC Championships with a time of 18:25.7…One of five Redhawks to finish in the top-100 (56th, 17:49.24) out of 436 total competitors at the Chile Pepper Festival.

Prep: Lettered four years in track and three in cross country…As a senior, she set new records in the 5k, mile and two mile runs…Medalist at state as a freshman and junior…Qualified for state as a sophomore…Voted most improved all four years…Also played soccer her freshman year.

Personal: Born September 24, 1996…Daughter of Mike and Lynne Shea…Her brother Nick wrestles at Truman State and her other brother Logan plays football at Lincoln University...Majoring in Spanish Education at Southeast.
