Southeast Missouri women's basketball (4-7) will take on the Evansville Purple Aces (3-6) at the Show Me Center after spending the last four games on the road. This game will conclude non-conference play for the Redhawks.
 
Scouting Evansville
The Purple Aces are 3-7 on the season. They were defeated 96-77 by UIC on Saturday, marking five losses in the last six games. They are led by former Redhawk Hannah Noe, who is playing as a graduate transfer and averaging 18.1 points per game. Noe averages nearly four three-point makes per game as well.

This will be the final game before Christmas for the Redhawks. Their next game will be the start of conference play against Belmont on Dec. 28. That game is set for 5:15 p.m. at the Show Me Center
 
Southeast Falls to Kansas by One in Thriller
The Redhawks and Jayhawks battled all game from start to finish. Kansas led by a small margin the first half but Southeast came out very aggressive in the third quarter and grabbed the quick lead. Both teams traded the lead in the fourth quarter but Kansas ended up with the victory after obtaining a four point lead with under 30 seconds to play.
