CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Southeast Missouri baseball will be playing host to Ohio Valley Conference rival Tennessee Tech in the final home series of the season this weekend. Cape Air will be the presenting sponsor of the weekend's games.
 
The Redhawks will be hosting a number of special events at Capaha Park for fans:
 
Friday – 6:30 p.m.

• Free Tailgate – Food and beverages provided by Bluff City Beer Co. (must be 21 years old for alcohol)
• Heroes at the Ballpark – A celebration of everyday heroes (police, firemen, EMT/paramedics, current and retired armed forces). Kids are encouraged to dress as their favorite superheroes for a chance to win prizes.
• Rowdy's Kids Club Day – Exclusive event for members of Rowdy's Kids Club. Kids Club members can join the players on the field for the National Anthem as well as run the bases after the game. Kids will also have the chance to win a free 2015-16 membership.
• Southeast Missouri men's and women's head basketball coaches, Rick Ray and Rekha Patterson, will throw out ceremonial first pitches.
• Fans can watch the game live on the OVC Digital Network.

 
Saturday – 2 p.m.

• Free Tailgate – Beverages provided by River Eagle Distributing (must be 21 years old for alcohol). Food provided by Jimmy John's.

Sunday – 1 p.m.

• Senior Day – 13 senior student-athletes will be honored prior to first pitch on Sunday. Senior Day events begin at 12:30 p.m.
• Bark in the Park – Sponsored by Mississippi Mutts Bakery and Boutique. Sample dog treats along with chances to win prizes for your furry Redhawk fans. Hot dogs will be sold with all proceeds benefitting the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri.
• Roll-Up Blanket Giveaway – The first 150 students in attendance will receive a free roll-up blanket courtesy of Student Government Association.
