CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - The Southeast Missouri women's tennis team will host Jacksonville State in its home-opener Sunday. Start time is Noon, CT, at the Redhawks Tennis Complex.
Southeast played its first 14 matches on the road and enters Sunday's matchup with a 1-13 record. The Redhawks played three other matches in Louisiana during their spring break this week.
Melissa Martin leads Southeast with four singles victories at the No. 6 position this year.
Annisa Warasanti also has multiple singles victories with two in the No. 5 spot.
Mariya Kostyuk and
Viviana Ortiz lead the Redhawks in doubles action with three wins at No. 1.
Southeast will be at home for three-straight matches. SIU Edwardsville (Mar. 27) and Eastern Illinois (Mar. 28) will also visit Cape Girardeau during that stretch.
