@GoSoutheastRedhawks Storylines1. Southeast is the defending Midwest Independent Conference champion. The Redhawks are averaging a total score of 193.130 during the first five meets of the 2015 season, which is the highest ranking of all MIC programs and 48
th-best score nationally.

2. Redhawks athletes were named MIC Gymnast of the Week following the first three meets.
Alyssa Tucker received the award in two consecutive weeks while fellow sophomore
Ashley Thomas earned recognition following the season opener.

3. Tucker and Thomas rank 12
th and 16
th regionally with the top two MIC averages in the all-around. Tucker is scoring 38.795 while Thomas averages 38.665. Both gymnasts have established new career-highs with 39.125 and 39.025 scores, respectively.

4. With a season-best 48.825 on vault Jan. 23 at Oklahoma, the Redhawks tied for the 10
th-highest vault score in program history, marking the third time that score has been achieved.
Alexis Brawner posted the highest individual score of the season for Southeast with a 9.850 while
Alyssa Tucker set a career-best with a 9.800 on vault.

5. Southeast posted the nation's 3
rd-best grade point average with a 3.696 cumulative team total during the 2013-14 school year. The Redhawks have had a GPA ranking in the top three nationally for seven straight years, including five academic national titles (2007-09, 2011, 2013) and two second-place finishes (2010, 2012).
