UMKCOne More Home Game Before the RoadThe Southeast Missouri (2-1) women's basketball team will play Missouri-Kansas City (0-2) Friday at 6 p.m. at the Show Me Center. It will be the Redhawks' last home game before setting out on a six-game road swing next week. Friday's game will be the Redhawks' fourth in six days to open the 2015-16 season.
Follow the RedhawksFriday's game will be streamed for free to the OVC Digital Network. The game will be broadcast live on SEMO ESPN 1220 AM. Erik Sean will provide play-by-play and Jess Bolen will provide color commentary. Fans can download the SEMO ESPN app to listen to live broadcasts of Redhawks basketball all season long. Series HistoryFriday's meeting with be the 10th all time between Southeast Missouri and UMKC. The Redhawks hold a 6-3 advantage over UMKC all-time. Southeast is 3-1 against the Roo's in the Show Me Center. The Redhawks have won the previous two meetings, 76-74 and 65-50.
Let's RecapSoutheast Missouri takes a two-game winning streak into Friday's game. Southeast earned a victory in the home opener on Monday over Harris-Stowe, 78-66.
Olivia Hackmann recorded 26 points in the game en route to a new career high for the senior. Not only was it a career high, it was Hackmann's first career 20+ point game.
Erin Bollmann also picked up the Redhawks' first double-double of the season in the victory. The Redhawks followed it up with their first road win with a victory over Alabama A&M, 69-58. Bollmann was the leading scorer for the Redhawks with 19 points. For the third-straight game, Southeast had at least three players with double-digit points.
Number 500Senior forward
Connor King earned her 500th career rebound in Wednesday's victory over Alabama A&M. The milestone rebound came at the beginning of the third quarter. King finished with seven boards in the game. King has averaged 5.8 rebounds during her time in a Redhawk unifrom.
Looking at the UMKC RoosThe Kansas City Kangaroos come to the Show Me Center winless with an 0-2 record. The Roos fell to North Florida at home in the season opener, 62-55, and on the road at Milwaukee, 70-48. Sophomore forward Kiana Law leads the Roos with 10.5 points per game and 7.0 rebounds. While the Roos may not be scoring more than their opponents, they are heavily outrebounding them, 74-53, averaging 37 rebounds through two games.
Looking AheadThe Redhawks will embark on a six-game road swing beginning with a matchup at Western Illinois on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 11 a.m. From there, the Redhawks will fly to El Paso, Texas to partake in the UTEP Thanksgiving Tournament Nov. 27-28. Southeast will face Idaho State on Friday at 5:30 p.m. and will face either host UTEP or UC Riverside on Saturday.

Bri Mitchell led the way at Saint Louis with 18 points.

Erin Bollmann came off the bench to put up 19 points for the Redhawks at Alabama A&M. Each one of those three are averaging 10+ points per game. Hackmann currently ranks seventh in the OVC with her 17.3 points per game.

Deja Jones' 9.0 rebounds per game ranks sixth in the league while
Erin Bollmann ranks eighth with 8.0.
Connor King is tied for ninth with 7.7 boards per game.
