CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Southeast Missouri (9-13, 3-7) ended its season with a 5-2 loss to Austin Peay (6-13, 3-7) Sunday afternoon at the Redhawks Tennis Complex.

Southeast won at both the No. 2 and No. 4 singles positions. Valeriia Nagovitcina defeated Andra Cornea, 4-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-9) and Annisa Warasanti beat Jovana Karac, 6-4, 6-2, for the Redhawks points.

Melissa Martin and Nagovitcina took care of Vanessa Tavares and Isabela Jovanovic, 8-3, at the No. 2 doubles spot, but APSU claimed the point with wins in the No. 1 and No. 3 positions.

Southeast closed out its season with losses in each of its final eight matches.
