Photo GalleryCOLUMBIA, Mo. – Southeast Missouri (1-1) was defeated 88-42 at Missouri (2-0) on Monday evening at Mizzou Arena. The Tigers shot 59.3% (35-for-59) from the field and 43.8% (7-for-16) from three-point range in the contest.

Early on,
Connor King knocked down a three-pointer to pull Southeast to within one at 6-5 Â with 14:56 left in the first half before Mizzou went on a 14-0 run to open up a 15-point lead with 10:48 remaining in the opening half. The Tigers went on a 7-0 run later in the half to open up a 31-11 lead.

Missouri shot 57.1% (16-for-28) from the field and 44.4% (4-for-9) from three-point range in the first half as the Tigers led 44-15 at the intermission. Jordan Frericks led the way with 11 points as she made five of six shots in the first half. Southeast shot only 17.9% (5-for-28) from the field and 22.2% (2-for-9) from three in the opening half as Hackmann and King both had five points.

The Redhawks made four consecutive baskets following halftime and opened the second half on a 5-0 run as Hackmann drained a three and
Yelena Rosado followed with a fast break layup.
Allyson Bradshaw then made her 125
th career three-pointer and Rosado added another basket from beyond the arc during the sequence.

Southeast finished with 15 offensive rebounds compared to 10 from Mizzou. The Redhawks shot 23.6% (13-for-55) and 30.4% (7-for-23) from beyond the arc for the game. Mizzou outrebounded the Redhawks 43-34.

Jasmine Robinson finished with a team-high 10 points and added four rebounds, two assists and two steals. Hackmann finished with eight points and five rebounds.
Erin Bollmann grabbed a team-best six rebounds in 26 minutes of action.

Bri Porter led Missouri with a game-high 18 points on 8-of-10 shooting. Jordan Frericks added 17 points on 8-of-9 shooting and grabbed a game-best eight rebounds. Maddie Stock and Bree Fowler also scored in double digits.Â

The Redhawks will return home for a Friday matchup against Saint Louis at the Show Me Center in a game that will feature $1 admission for all fans.
