RICHMOND, Ky. - Southeast Missouri (3-9, 0-7) lost to Ohio Valley Conference leading Eastern Kentucky (14-6, 7-0), 7-0, Saturday afternoon.

Southeast did not compete in both No. 5 and No. 6 singles, and No. 3 doubles due to injuries.

Heather Robinson, Elizabeth Nyenwe, Jessica Courtnell and Sarah Uptmor formed the Redhawks short-handed singles lineup. Robinson lost, 6-1, 6-1, to Amandine Faouzi at No. 1, Nyenwe fell to Kristina Labeja, 6-2, 5-0, at No. 2, Courtnell dropped a 6-3, 6-3, decision to Saioa Oscoz at No. 3 and Uptmor was defeated by Marcela Jimenez, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 4.

Robinson/Courtnell (No. 1) and Nyenwe/Lauren Schaper (No. 2) each lost by 8-4 scores in doubles play.

The Redhawks will conclude their three-match road trip at Morehead State Sunday morning.
