Setting the Table
The Southeast Missouri baseball team heads to Morehead State for a three game set against the Eagles. Friday's first pitch is set for 2:00 p.m. with Saturday's and Sunday's action slated to start at 12:00 p.m.

Redhawks Against Morehead State
The Redhawks own 39-29 record against Morehead State. Last season the Golden Eagles took two of three games at Allen Field. The Redhawks has hit 18 home runs in their last two trips to Allen Field with 14 in 2010 and four in 2012.

No Double Trouble
Southeast ranks third in the OVC in doubles on the season and 55th nationally with 42 doubles. The Redhawks hit four doubles on Tuesday afternoon at Saint Louis.

Mr. Clutch
Southeast freshman Branden Boggetto recorded his first career home run last Friday night against EKU. His walk-off two-run shot is Boggetto's second walk off hit of the season and the Redhawks' first walk-off home run since Blake Slattery's walk-off grand slam on April 2, 2010 against EKU. Boggetto also has recorded three game winning hits on the season.

RBI Guy
Southeast's Andy Lennington recorded his sixth multi-RBI game of the season on Tuesday. He also extended his hitting streak to four games, his longest streak of the season was nine games to open up the season.

Closing Time
Southeast's Bobby Hurst is fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference is saves with three on the season He has also recorded a 2-0 record. Hurst has thrown 9.1 innings on the season and has an ERA of 0.97. He is tied for ninth all-time in career saves at Southeast with five.

Preseason OVC Polls
The Southeast Missouri Baseball team was picked eighth in the Ohio Valley Conference Preseason Poll. Austin Peay, the OVC Co-Regular season and tournament champions in back-to-back seasons were picked to win the league with 14 first place votes. Southeast Missouri junior left fielder Derek Gibson was named Preseason All-OVC after earning First-Team All-OVC last season by the coaches and sports information directors in the OVC.
