Cayla Koerner registered the game-winning goal in Sunday's 2-0 defeat of Southern Illinois in Carbondale, Ill.
The goal came in the 54th minute to give the Redhawks a 1-0 advantage just over halfway through the match as the goal was the second of the season for Koerner. Koerner cut inside a SIU defender and curled it into the top right corner of the goal with her right foot to beat SIU's goalkeeper.
