Nana Akenten became the first Southeast Missouri men's basketball player to get a double-double this season when he led the Redhawks with 20 points and 11 rebounds at Belmont on Jan. 7. Akenten shot 7-of-17 from the field, made three 3-pointers and added 3-of-4 free throws. He also dished out two assists and had two steals in 35 minutes. Akenten scored double figures for the third time in 2020-21.
