Jarekious Bradley started Ohio Valley Conference with a bang, averaging 26 points in two games for Southeast Missouri last week. A native of Memphis, Tenn., Bradley shot 57.6 from the field (19-of-33), 62.5 percent (10-of-16) from three-point range and was perfect at the free throw line (4-of-4). He had all but four of the Redhawks three-pointers during their two-game road swing at Murray State and Austin Peay. Bradley began the week by scoring 22 points, including 15 in the first 12 minutes of the second half against the Racers. He also made a jumper that gave Southeast its first lead of the game. Two days later, Bradley became the sixth different player in the OVC to score 30 points in a game (at Austin Peay). He shot 11-of-19 from the field, made 6-of-10 from downtown and scored 17 first-half points against the Governors. Bradley averaged 26 points over a two-game span for the second-straight week and has now scored 20 or more points in 12 of his 15 starts this year.
