Southeast Missouri leads its all-time series against Eastern Illinois, 24-20 with a 14-7 mark in Cape Girardeau. The last meeting was at the Show Me Center on February 14, 2018 when the Redhawks topped the Panthers, 51-48. SEMO is 5-3 overall and 3-1 at home against EIU under head coach Rekha Patterson.
