UT Martin

Scouting the Opponents
Tennessee Tech
The Golden Eagles finished the non-conference season with an even 3-3 record. The season began with a 1-0 loss to Vanderbilt then followed with three-straight wins over ETSU, Western Carolina, and Georgia State. Last weekend, TTU fell at UAB and at Alabama. Away from Cookeville, TTU is 1-3.
While TTU as scored just three goals in six games, they have only allowed four. In the league, its goals scored ranks last while it has given up the least in the OVC.
Tennessee Tech was picked to finish fourth in the OVC Preseason Poll, gathering two first-place votes along the way.
UT Martin
The Skyhawks finished their nine-game non-conference campaign with a 2-5-2 record with wins over Marshall and Jackson State. Last week, they were shutout by Arkansas State, 2-0, then dropped a slim 3-2 decision at Western Carolina.
Danae Kaldaridou co-leads the team with three goals, contributing three assists for nine points this season. Katelyn Colvin is the conference co-leader with five assists this season. Amy McGivern's three goals and two assists puts her slightly behind Kaldaridou and Colvin with eight points this season. As a team, UTM's 40 points ranks second in the OVC while its 13 goals rank fourth.
