Southeast Downed by Western Illinois
Western Illinois got off to a hot start snatching a quick 17-2 lead in the first five minutes. Southeast went on a little run early in the second half but ultimately couldn't close the gap as they fell 87-59.
Adrianna Murphy had a career high 20 points including four three-pointers, also a career high.
Iyanna McCurdy returned to action after missing the first eight games due to injury and had 10 points off the bench.
