• Southeast Missouri enters the fifth weekend of Ohio Valley Conference play with a 5-2 record, which is tied for second in the league standings. The Redhawks have won three conference matches in a row and four of the last five. Southeast is tied with Jacksonville State and Murray State in OVC play. SIU Edwardsville leads the conference race with a 6-1 mark heading into weekend play.

Heather Nelson registered her 150th victory at Southeast in the 2-1 win over Murray State on Oct. 5. She is the only head coach in the 16-year program history and has won six OVC titles and four OVC Coach of the Year awards during her tenure leading Southeast.

About Tennessee Tech: The Golden Eagles are 2-12-2 overall and 0-5-2 in Ohio Valley Conference play. They currently sit at the bottom of the conference standings. Tech has been outscored 47-8 by opponents and outshot 295-141, including a 138-63 in shots on goal. Junior

About Jacksonville State: The Gamecocks are tied with Southeast for second place in the OVC with a 5-2 mark in conference play. JSU has won four straight conference matches heading into the weekend and has outscored opponents 47-24. They have been outshot by opponents 245-217 but hold a 125-115 advantage in shots on goal. Lierz, Beine Earn Weekly OVC Honors: Freshman

F Breana Beine were voted adidas
® Ohio Valley Conference Goalkeeper and Offensive Player of the Week, respectively, following their performances in wins over Eastern Kentucky and Morehead State last weekend . Beine scored goals in both of last weekend's games and added an assist for a total of five points. She netted the game-winner on Friday vs. Eastern Kentucky to break a scoreless tie with just over four minutes remaining in regulation. On Sunday, she opened up the scoring and later assisted on the game-winning goal vs. Morehead State. Beine ranks sixth in the OVC in points per game (1.23) and goals per game (0.54). She is tied for fifth in the conference in game-winning goals (3) and ranks seventh in overall goals (7).

Lierz Impressive: Freshman
GK Kindra Lierz has posted a shutout in six of her first 12 career matches. Lierz began her collegiate career by going 228:19 before allowing a goal and was has twice been voted adidas
® Ohio Valley Conference Goalkeeper of the Week. She leads the OVC in goals against average (0.77) and is tied for the lead in shutouts (6) and shutouts per game (0.46). She ranks third in the conference in save percentage (.848).

Beine Posts Hat Trick, Ties School Record: In the 3-0 victory at Arkansas State on Sept. 19, senior
F Breana Beine tied a school record with three goals. She earned the trifecta in the game's first 33 minutes, marking the 10th hat trick in the program's 16-year history and first since

Looking Ahead: Southeast concludes the regular season and OVC play on Friday, Oct. 31 at SIU Edwardsville at 7 p.m. The Ohio Valley Conference Tournament will be on Thursday, Nov. 6 at the campus site of the regular season champion.
