WICHITA, Kan. – The Southeast Missouri women's basketball team fell 67-46 to Wichita State Saturday afternoon at Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kan.
With the loss, its third-straight, the Redhawks fall to 2-4. The Shockers improve to 3-2.

Patricia Mack made the opening basket of the game, which was immediately answered by Michelle Price with a layup for the Shockers.
Michaela Dapprich gave Wichita State its first lead of the game at 4-2.
Olivia Hackmann, who made her first start on the season, tied the game at 4-4 with 17:35 remaining in the first half.
A 3:15 scoring drought for the Redhawks allowed the Shockers to take a 13-4 lead before Mack hit a jumper to bring the score to 13-6 with 13:20 remaining in the first half.
Wichita State flexed its muscles building a 21-point lead at 40-19 with 22 seconds left.
Kara Wright sank a pair of free throws to make the halftime score 40-21.
Coming out of the intermission break, Southeast hit its first two shots, a jumper from
Jordan Hunter and a layup from Mack, sandwiched around a Dapprich layup to cut the deficit to 17 points at 42-25. However that is the closest the Redhawks would get leading to the final 67-46 score.
Southeast received its entire 3-point production from one player for the second-straight game as Hackmann went 2-2 from long range and finished with a team-high 14 points. On Thursday at Missouri,
Kara Wright hit all four Redhawks deep shots.
Brianna Mitchell set a new career-high as the freshman scored 12 points.
The Redhawks continued a season-long trend of outrebounding their opponents, winning the battle of the boards 42-39. Mack had a game-high 12 rebounds.
The Shockers placed four players in double figures, led by Dapprich with 18 points.
The Redhawks travel to New Mexico for a Thanksgiving Tournament. Southeast plays Arkansas on Friday at 6 p.m. in Albuquerque, N.M. On Saturday, Southeast will play either New Mexico or Binghamton.
