New Mexico State Series
The Southeast Missouri baseball team will head to Las Cruces, N.M. this weekend to take on New Mexico State. The Series has been changed to a three games in two days set with a game on Friday and two games on Saturday, Friday's matchup starts at 7:05 p.m., CT. The two teams will then play a doubleheader on Saturday with game one of the doubleheader going at 4:05 p.m., CT. and game two going at 8:05 p.m., CT.
Against the Trojans
Southeast Missouri is 4-0 all-time against Arkansas-Little Rock. The two were set to play a two game set last season in Little Rock, Ark., but the games were canceled due to weather.

Adidas OVC Player of the Week
Senior
Trenton Moses was named Adidas OVC Player of the Week on Monday afternoon. The Advance, Mo. native hit .600 on the week in four games with six runs scored, a double, three home runs, eight RBI and a stolen bases for Southeast Missouri. The OVC Preseason Player of the Year slugged 1.267 and had an on-base percentage of .684 for the week. He opened the week by going 2-for-3 with two home runs and four RBI in a loss to Saint Louis. In the series opener at Wright State on Friday, Moses was 5-for-5 tying a career-high in hits with four runs scored and four RBI in a 10-7 Redhawks victory. He also leads the OVC in batting average (.474), slugging percentage (.895), on-base percentage (.610), runs scored (18) and RBI (23).
