Luke Hatfield-Jackson won the high jump and long jump this past weekend at SEMO’s 2022 Lake Stride Joey Haines Invitational (April 1-2). Hatfield-Jackson took first in the men's high jump, surpassing a mark of 7-0.25 (2.14m) on his second attempt. He also won the long jump with a feat of 24-11 (7.59m). Hatfield-Jackson has now won both jumping events in each of the last two Redhawk outdoor competitions. He also ran in the 4x100 meter relay, combining for a time of 43.67 (sixth) at the Invitational. Hatfield-Jackson, a junior from Arnold, Missouri, ranks 12th in the NCAA West Region for high jump and 10th for long jump. He is also first in the Ohio Valley Conference for high jump and second for long jump.
