Deanay Watson paced the Redhawks with 32 points (16.0ppg) with eight rebounds (4.0rpg) this past week in SEMO’s games in Nashville, Tennessee. She opened the week with 10 points and three rebounds, shooting 3-for-7 from the field Jan. 6 against Belmont. Watson also made a career best 3-for-4 from three-point range. She then registered a game-high 22 points with five rebounds against Tennessee State Jan. 8. Watson, a senior guard from Bradenton, Florida, shot 9-for-14 from the field for her second career 20-plus outing. Her nine field goals matched a career best. She also finished the week with two steals and an assist in 64 minutes of court time.
