Tara Beilsmith led the Southeast Missouri women’s volleyball defense this past weekend with 90 digs to earn 2021 SEMO Invitational all-tournament team honors. Beilsmith notched 25 digs in the tournament opener against Marshall on Sept. 10. She concluded the opening day of the tournament with a career best 39 digs against Memphis. Beilsmith finished the tournament on Sept. 11 with 26 digs in the match with Arkansas State. Beilsmith also totaled 17 assists and four aces over the weekend.
